One of my favorite weddings of the year was this beautiful Tuscan inspired wedding at Black Walnut Inn. The couple wanted to focus on locally sourced herbs, fruit, and flowers. I hand-picked the grapes, apples, and crab apples and sourced the rest of the ingredients from Oregon and Washington's amazing local growers. The result was a beautiful, sustainable, and heartfelt event.
